Personal Interests: In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, reading, running, and hiking in the mountains.
Education: Crystal Armstrong is board-certified in family medicine. She obtained her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2005. She completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Utah medical Center in 2008. Dr. Armstrong is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. She also served on the Board for the Utah Academy of Family Physicians as a resident liaison.
