New Year-New You Weight Loss Program
Make no mistake. This program is for the person with one goal, weight loss! The New Year-New You Weight Loss Program is a 10 week program led by a Registered Dietitian and exercise specialist. Together with our team, you will establish your weight loss goals and develop a nutrition and exercise plan that will get you there. Each week you will work out with our exercise specialist and meet one on one with the dietitian. You will leave each session with a meal plan and exercise plan for the upcoming week. Lose weight, get in shape, and feel great! Sessions are limited to 4 people. 10 week program is $400. Get a group of 4 friends and each will receive a 10% discount.
Session 1- Starts Thursday January 20th @ 1pm
Session 2- Starts Friday January 21st @ 9am
Session 3- Starts Tuesday January 25th @ 9am
Life Balance Program
Achieve a healthy lifestyle through this comprehensive 12 week class by learning how to make sustainable changes. Each week's topic will be facilitated by a registered dietitian, exercise physiologist or health coach. The class will meet one evening per week, beginning with an hour of interactive education, to include: a cooking class led by a local chef, grocery store tour, goal setting and developing a personalized exercise plan. Each participant will have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with our staff immediately following each class. Pre- and post fitness and biometric assessments included. The initial 12 week course and 6 months of individual follow up is $250.
Winter Session-TBD
Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and Arthritis Exercise Education Series
A 4 week, one-hour evidence based program addressing the role of exercise in the management and treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Sessions will include: How exercise can improve your condition, how to make appropriate exercise plans that will fit your lifestyle, exercise instruction and coaching, and continued support from instructors and peers. Program is led by an American College of Sports Medicine Clinical Exercise Specialist. Four week session is $55.
