Zesty Vegetable Coleslaw
Prep Time: 15 minutes plus 1 hour refrigeration

Serving Size: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz.) pkg. coleslaw blend
- 2 cups small fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 cup bottled nonfat Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 (11-oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw blend, broccoli, and green onions. Stir gently to mix. In a small bowl, combine salad dressing and celery seed, blending well. Pour over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Add mandarin orange segments, tossing gently. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve.

This coleslaw recipe is truly easy to make and totally delicious. The orange segments add a sweet fruit flavor.
