Dev Abraham, M.D.
Dr. Dev Abraham is a Board Certified Endocrinologist and an Associate Professor in Medicine. He did his training in Endocrinology in England and completed his Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. He is involved in diabetes research, studying glucose homeostasis by the euglycemic clamp technique and FSIVGTT with hemochromatosis. He performs ultrasound guided thyroid fine needle aspirations. He is among a few who perform ultrasound guided parathyroid fine needle aspiration to pinpoint malfunctioning parathyroid glands prior to surgery. He has a general endocrinology practice at the University of Utah and the VA Hospital.
