Utah Center for Reproductive Medicine
Gestational Surrogacy
Surrogacy became legal in the state of Utah in 2005. Our first surrogacy cycle was in November 2005. In gestational surrogacy, the surrogate becomes pregnant via embryo transfer with a child that is not biologically her own. The surrogate mother is the gestational carrier.
We will help you evaluate the benefits of gestational surrogacy and provide you with information about cost, legal issues, and treatment protocols. Our goal is to help you achieve the best pregnancy outcomes that our right for you.
