Being fit properly on your bicycle entails more than just raising or lowering your seat. Knee alignment/angle, foot pronation/supination compensation, upperbody position (neck, back, and hands), seat angle and fore/aft position are all assessed in order to maximize power, efficiency, and comfort. Whether your goals are recreational or mid to high level athletics, our bike fit team can perform an on sight analysis of your current fit and let you know if would benefit from a professional bike fit.
