I am an Assistant Professor (clinical) specializing in pediatric orthopaedic surgery at Primary Children's Medical Center. My clinical interests include the treatment of children with congenital and developmental orthopaedic conditions, neuromuscular disease, hip disorders, deformity of the feet and lower extremities, and the acute management of fractures and injuries. I received my medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. I completed my orthopaedic residency training at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, and received subspecialty as a fellow in pediatric orthopaedic surgery at Primary Children’s Medical Center and Shriners Hospital for Children. My research interest is outcome analysis in orthopaedic surgery. I am also the director of the orthopaedic surgery residency program.
