Dr. R. Lor Randall
I am a Professor, and the Director of Huntsman Cancer Institutes’ Sarcoma Service, a comprehensive, interdisciplinary clinical service with an infrastructure in molecular oncology research. I specialize in the management of both benign and malignant neoplastic conditions of bone and soft tissue in children and adults. I received my medical degree from Yale University. I completed my residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, and a fellowship in musculoskeletal oncology at the University of Washington under Ernest U. Conrad, III. In addition to staffing University Hospital and Primary Children’s Medical Center, I collaborate with physicians at the Shriners Hospital for Children - Salt Lake City. I am the director of the Sarcoma Lab investigating molecular mechanisms of sarcomagenesis.
