Directions to South Clinic

The Neurosciences Outpatient Clinic – South is located in Research Park at the Imaging and Neurosciences Center, 729 Arapeen Drive, Salt Lake City. 

Patients seen at the South Clinic:

• Headache
• Alzheimer’s Disease / Cognitive Disorders
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Movement Disorders

Entering Salt Lake City from I-80:

1. Exit I-80 at Foothill Drive; you will be traveling north.
2. Follow Foothill Drive to Sunnyside Drive (approximately 2 miles).
3. Turn right onto Sunnyside Avenue; you will be traveling east.
4. Turn left at Arapeen Drive (first light).
5. Turn right into the Imaging and Neurosciences Center (just after the fire station).

Entering Salt Lake City from I-15 SOUTHBOUND:

1. Exit at 400 South, Turn left; you will be traveling east.
2. As you go up the hill, 400 South becomes 500 South (at approximately 1100 East).
3. As you pass the VA Medical Center and Mario Capecchi Drive, 500 South turns south and becomes Foothill Boulevard.
4. Turn left at Sunnyside Avenue; you will be traveling east.
5. Turn left at Arapeen Drive (first light).
6. Turn right into the Imaging and Neurosciences Center (just after the fire station).

Entering Salt Lake City from I-15 NORTHBOUND:

1. Exit at 600 South; you will be traveling east.
2. Follow 600 South to 700 East.
3. Turn left at 700 East; you will be traveling north.
4. Follow 700 East to 400 South.
5. Turn right onto 400 South; you will be traveling east again.
6. As you go up the hill, 400 South becomes 500 South (at approximately 1100 East).

8. Turn left at Sunnyside Avenue; you will be traveling east.
9. Turn left at Arapeen Drive (first light).

From the CLINICAL NEUROSCIENCES CENTER NORTH CLINIC:

1. Head west on Medical Drive past University Hospital
2. Turn left at Mario Capecchi Drive; you will be traveling south.
3. Turn left at Foothill Drive; you will be traveling south
4. Turn left at Sunnyside Avenue; you will be traveling east.
5. Turn left at Arapeen Drive (first light).
6. Turn right into the Imaging and Neurosciences Center (just after the fire station).
