Kathryn Gibson, M.D.
Kathryn Gibson, M.D. was born and raised near Houston, Texas. She received a BS in both Biology and Economics from Rice University, and later earned an MS in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Texas. After spending time competing with the US Women's Rowing Team and working in a cardiac rehabilitation unit, Kathryn moved to Salt Lake City with her significant other as he pursued his PhD. As a University of Utah Medical School alumnus, Kathryn is thrilled to be staying in beautiful Utah for residency. Her medical interests include sports medicine and the preventive care of chronic disease.
