Parking & Valet Services

Free valet parking is available to patients and visitors of University Hospital. Simply follow the signs to the Valet area as you enter the hospital driveway and you will be greeted by one of our friendly valet staff. Wheelchairs and other assistance are available for patients and visitors with special needs. Tipping of Valet Staff is not accepted.

Hours of operation:  Monday through Friday 6AM to 6PM.  Retrieval until 7:30PM.  Closed on major holidays. 

If you prefer to park your own vehicle, free parking is available in our patient/visitor parking terrace located on the right side (North/West) of the hospital driveway just as you enter. Please remember to make note of where you parked your vehicle and what hospital entrance you used.

Valets

In an effort to continue providing an exceptional patient experience, valet services is undertaking measures to alleviate traffic jams and vehicle bottlenecking near the main entrance of the hospital.  This goal will be accomplished by directing all transport vans and delivery vehicles to use the east entrance of the hospital near the ambulance bay.  Directions to the east entrance can be found here.
