David Anisman, M.D.
Professional Interests: Dr. Anisman’s professional interests span the full scope of general family medicine, with an emphasis on preventing illness. He has a special passion for eye care.
Personal Interests: Dr. Anisman enjoys music – especially classical and jazz – reading, cooking, hiking and skiing. He enjoys golf as well, but he admits that he is really terrible at it!
Education: Dr. Anisman is a board certified family physician, having graduated from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland in 1988. Dr. Anisman completed his family medicine residency at Travis Air Force Base in California in 1991 and went on to a 20 year career in Air Force family medicine and medical education before retiring from the Air Force in 2008. Dr. Anisman is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and a member of the Uniformed Services Academy of Family Physicians.
